JobAdder
JobAdder is a cloud-based recruitment CRM used by over 8,000 recruiters daily. As the founding designer, I created and shipped 300+ new features and user experiences for desktop and mobile, in addition to 0-1 design for multiple new products (CareerUpdate, HiringManager) that saw success in a competitive market.
Collaborating remotely with a team of engineers, PMs, and company leaders in Australia, I helped lead large-scale company initiatives through user research, design audits, and a full product rebrand, while also supporting the implementation of a brand-new design system (Venom).

CareerUpdate (view case study)
To address outdated candidate records in JobAdder, I led the 0-1 design for CareerUpdate: a self-service platform that empowered candidates to quickly and easily update their own information. This solution improved data accuracy, streamlined recruiter workflows, and delivered an easy, frictionless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Document Tab (view case study)
To help users efficiently manage important files, we introduced a Documents tab that enabled quick uploading, categorization, downloading, and deletion of documents across record types. After launching, the feature saw strong adoption (used by 72% of active users within two weeks, and 81% within 90 days).

Additional work
A selection of other UI/UX improvements.
High-fidelity, clickable InVision prototype to demo an interaction on a new candidate management platform (HiringManager).
Mockup progression for a kanban job management board.
A new builder interface that allows users to compose simple internal and external forms.
Two live modal features: the ability to add a task to a Note, and Voice-to-Text speech recognition.
A simple, responsive form that can be company-branded and used by clients to help source candidates.
Before and after a re-design intended to bring graphs and reports in line with the Venom design system.
