JobAdder

“Since 2007 we have been on a singular quest to simplify the recruitment process. We do this by removing the clicks and the clutter, creating beautiful, easy-to-use interfaces, providing world-class customer support and otherwise getting out of the way.”

JobAdder

For four years I worked remotely as a User Interface Designer for JobAdder, an Australian SaaS company specializing in cloud-based recruitment.

In that time I researched design trends and patterns to create simple UI/UX solutions to hundreds of complex feature requests, collaborated with project managers, developers and company leaders to design and launch new products to a competitive market, participated in extensive re-branding initiatives and gained valuable UX feedback through conducting user interviews/feedback sessions with our U.S. clients.
